Request #18-277

I own three parcels in the Bowman area: 070.048.000, 070.059.000, and 070.045.000.

My parcels are contiguous to three parcels owned by Mussetter:

Surveying activity has recently been observed on the Mussetter parcels.  A number of years ago, Mussetter submitted a proposal to the county for a distribution center on these parcels.  The proposal contained multiple egregious violations of county development regulations.  Just one example:  his engineering proposal specified that the dirty water run-off from the washing of commercial trucks on his parcel would be channeled through pipes and dumped into a natural seasonal stream nearby.  And here’s the kicker: Mussetter did not own the proposed dump site property, and its actual owner had no idea about the proposal.

With this history, I hope you can understand our need monitor activity on those parcels.  Therefore, I am requesting any and all information pertaining to recent activity relating to those parcels.-

Thank you.
